Welcome to our latest sustainable eyewear brand, Neubau

Posted on 30th July 2019

Sustainable, stylish, independent eyewear. Welcome to Neubau Eyewear. We have been searching for another sustainable brand to add to our range and are delighted to say Neubau ticks all the boxes. An independent urban lifestyle brand, designed and developed in Austria.

Paying tribute to international creative hubs such as Vienna’s Neubau district, a home of creative souls and up-and-coming talent.

The highest quality, yet lightweight and comfortable.

Its dedication to style and quality goes hand in hand with its high environmental standards. See and do good. The conscious use of resources and regional production are at its core. Using naturalPX, a highly developed, eco-friendly material, made from organically sourced, renewable products, with 65% of it is based on oil extracted from the seeds of castor oil plants.

It doesn’t stop there. The cleaning cloths are made from recycled plastic bottles and packaged in recycled paper.

The brand is ethical too, supporting projects such as an urban garden in Vienna, sponsoring bee hives and also supports various upcycling projects.

And did we mention the frames, both prescription and sunglasses, are beautifully unique? Come and view the range at 5 St Vincent Street and check out more images on our Instagram page.
